What this is. Filed compensation architecture, one row per issuer, authored from the per lane remuneration reads returned on 2026-09-06. The subject is the shape of the disclosure and the shape of the pay: at what unit an issuer reports, what its bonus keys on, how its equity is denominated, what vests it and what shortcuts that, and how the reported total sits against the Bitcoin reserve at the same fiscal year-end.

What this is not. Not a judgment of any of it. No cell is a score. Rows are alphabetical by ticker and carry no rank. No colour on this page encodes better or worse; status chips are hue-neutral and differ only in their text. Where a filing does not say something, the cell says that the filing does not say it, and never fills the gap with an estimate.

Roles, never names. Where a filing discloses per named officer, the face aggregates to role, and no cell carries a name. Names stay in the lane handbacks.

Cells are condensed to their answer. The full text of every cell, with the verbatim quotes, is in the detail below, and the issuer card view carries one company at a time with its detail already open.

Basis for the reserve column

The reserve denominator behind column 9, stated per issuer before it is used. Coin count at the issuer's own fiscal year-end, at the print that issuer's lane struck.

The three vocabularies

The dispatch supplies the taxonomies this table sorts into, and the provenance of that vocabulary is stated rather than assumed.

Every cell in full

One card per issuer. Each of the nine cells complete, with the filing's own words where a filing defines the thing, and the accession or document id beneath.
